About Us

Our client base includes various councils, housing associations, large privately owned construction companies and PLC’s. Some of our major clients are Twin Valley Homes, Housing Pendle & Six Town housing. We are also partners with Eaga on the Warmfront II scheme, GM Procure and the most recent Fusion 21.

We recognise that a strong company infrastructure is vital to support a dynamic company such as Complete Electrical and are in the process of applying for ISO:9001 certification. We foresee the need for changes in the business and our processes well in advance, continually building local and national partnerships to work together to create greater synergy, to enable us to grow the company in a controlled and comfortable manner whilst managing the workload rather than the workload controlling our growth.

We have also recently on the request of clients, carried out work on renewable energy resources, consisting of solar panels, ground source and heat pumps. This work is something we will be directing the business towards as soon as renewable energy resources become reasonably feasible to carry out and the need for them in domestic properties increases. We now have 4 staff who have gained the appropriate solar qualifications to enable us to push this forward.
  
We always liaise fully with our clients to ensure that work is carried out to client specifications and to enable us to develop procedures to fully facilitate the smooth running of any contract. We have established links with local companies to take advantage of technological advancements and are in the process of updating our systems to support greater client interaction.
 
We encourage continual development of all our employees supporting further education and training within a variety of environments to ensure a wealth of skills keeping in line with current industry standards and aim to become a recognised “Investor in People”. In addition to supporting college attendance, our recently constructed in-house training area, allows for the company to deliver training courses, group inductions, practical and theory sessions. 
 
We relocated to larger premises in October 2006 to allow for expansion within the business. Our office-based team includes experienced clerical and customer care administrators, dedicated Health & Safety and Financial Accounts teams and Contract Managers. While our site-based staff totals 72, consisting of site managers, heating engineers, electricians, joiners, plasterers, supervisors, surveyors and 5 apprentices.
